RDA Engineering, Inc. is an energy and engineering services firm that offers a complete range of technical and management services, including design, analysis, energy conservation activities, renovation programs, and privatization of utility systems. Founded in 1979, RDA is nationally recognized for services to campuses, hospitals, military bases, and other multi-building clients throughout the United States.  RDA has assisted the owners of more than seven hundred buildings in realizing energy and cost savings through heating and cooling system design, energy management programs, and system retrofits.

RDA Engineering, Inc. was awarded the United States Environmental Protection Agency Certificate of Partnership at the International District Energy Association 18th Annual Campus Conference in Washington, D. C. on March 10, 2005.  This certificate is awarded to firms for their efforts to improve the environmental performance of power generation by supporting combined heat and power.  Shown presenting the certificate is James L.
